Vacenovice has about 2,200 inhabitants. The village is located between Kyjov and Hodonín. Around the village are extensive mixed forests, fields, meadows and vineyards. Ethnographically, the village belongs to Kyjov's Dolňácko. To this day, a large number of traditions, customs and ceremonies, beautiful songs and dances are observed in our country. There are several folk artists and craftsmen in Vacenovice (carver, blacksmith, small Easter eggs, embroiderers and seamstresses of Slovak folk costumes), whose products are known throughout the region.
