The chapel of St. John Sarkander is on the right side in the direction of Ratíškovice at the exit from Vacenovice. This place has been called "U svatého Jana" since time immemorial. In the last century, it was outside the village at a distance of 30 m on a slightly elevated place, now it is already among the built-up family houses. The chapel was built in 1874 by Martin Křižka, a quartermaster from Vacenovice no. 48. He was later elected mayor of the village in 1886.
