Coffee Lab serves to evaluate samples of green coffee from all over the world and helps to select only the best from current harvests. Only about 5 to 10% of the world's coffee production can be labeled as specialty. The roaster is a member of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and the Roasters Guild.
