As vdp. the pastor Jozef Balko was the educator of the sons of Count, the Červenokamenské estate was generous to him and in Budmerice a beautiful multi-storey rectory grew up with a special chapel for the pastor and a rich library. (1796-1800) In the restored church they built a side altar of St. Families and in 1731 oil painting, painting of St. John the Baptist was placed over the new marble baptistery. The paintings of the Stations of the Cross and the new clock on the tower also come from this period. In 1869, during major repairs under the influence of Vdp. pastor Štefan Mráz, a third bell was added. In 1896 and in 1934, People's Missions were held in the village. Next to the new rectory, a one-storey school building was built at that time, which stood there until 1987. As a school it served until the 1960/61 school year, then its premises were used as a fire station and later for pigeon breeders in the village. In 1953 and also in 1977, the roof of the church was repaired, at the same time in this year the parish and the church were repaired, it was painted in 1984 and the windows were repaired.
The rectory building, built during the period of operation of the Vdp. parish priest Jozef Balka (1795 - 1834), was demolished in 1995 and until 1996 there was no parish in Budmerice. VDP. the pastor Marán Gáborík lived in Doľany, which at that time did not have their own priest, and the Budmer clergyman represented him there. This means that he managed four municipalities, Budmerice and Jablonec as a branch, and Doľany, to which the branch belonged to the municipality of Štefanová.
