The Federal House is the most significant modern architectural landmark of the village. It was built in 2015-2016 and is a place where a number of important social and private events take place (balls, academies, feasts, classical music concerts, seminars). The house has a modern four-lane bowling alley. The Federal House is the holder of the award Wooden Building of the Year 2015 in the category project, Wooden Building of the Year 2016 in the category of completed construction and the Award of the Club for Old Prague for New Building in a Historic Environment in 2017.
