Ratíškovice with its 4015 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2018) is one of the most numerous municipalities - villages in the Czech Republic. Over 1,300 houses use a high degree of civic amenities. In addition to the existing water supply and gas supply, a wastewater treatment plant and sewerage system were added in the early 1990s, the last stage of which was completed in 2004. Following the sewerage system, the roads are gradually being reconstructed. In the second half of the 1990s, the telephone and cable networks were laid together.
